Initially, this was supposed to either be for your birthday or our one year anniversary. Procrastination struck and now it's late, by a little bit over a day, which in turn makes me a horrible girlfriend but I'm making up for it. From the first time that I met you, it was obvious that there was something special about you. Actually, I knew you stood out from the first few weeks that we spent talking through messages on Facebook. When we did meet, we automatically connected and the next thing we knew, we were head over heels for each other. I thank God for you constantly, that you're in my life, that I'm the one who holds your heart.
You are incredibly gifted and blessed, day by day you make me so proud. I know that I tell you this all of the time but you have nothing to worry about. By the grace of God, you are going to do great things... or rather, He's going to do great things through you and I'll get to be by your side when the things that you are now working towards come to fruition. There's nothing that I want more then to be the one to share those special moments with you, whatever they may be. Wherever life takes us, I am in it for the long run, always. If the road gets hard to travel, if you stumble and happen to fall along the way, I'll dust you off, tend to your cuts or scrapes and help you continue. We'll do that for each other, until the day that one of us gets called home.
